Friday night cocktail!Tonight our journey through the Cocktail Hall of Fame takes us back to the 1920s with an East India (no. 2). I imagine that Nick and Nora enjoyed this boozy after-dinner mouthful at a swinging jazz club. A heady slug of cognac is sweetened by pineapple juice and then balanced with a smidge of bitters. Nicky, darling, could you make me another? Try it yourself!
- 1 2/3 oz cognac
- 1/3 oz orange liqueur
- 1/3 oz pineapple juice
- 1/6 oz simple syrup2 dashes
- Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass. Cheers!
Best served in a Nick and Nora glass. We recommend these:
