We have this Ninja Specialty Coffee Maker that makes excellent coffee and is rather sophisticated. It has all kinds of sensors that keep the basket from overflowing, keeps the coffee from spilling out onto the counter if someone forgets to replace the carafe and when it needs to be cleaned.
